As a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and the Food Media Club of Australia, I have for over 20 years owned Perth's Premier Private Cooking School & Specialist cookware store AMANO, during which time I have led bespoke Gourmet Groups to S.E. Asia and France, where since 2001 I have been a yearly invited Guest Chef at the prestigious La Combe en Perigord Cooking School in the Dordogne region of South West France.
 
In June 2008, I handed over the reins of the cooking school & cookware store, to indulge more fully my passion for things food and travel. Europe beckons me once again, and I invite you more fully to discover a unique blend of culinary riches and adventure, by my side and at my table in France and Italy during 2009.
                         
The bespoke nature of the tours is fundamental, my research is paramount, with meticulous planning, to ensure you enjoy a premium level of service and comfort. To get on a plane and go somewhere beautiful is easily done, but it is finding the personalities, passionate about what they do and really special products and places, that gives people a memorable experience.
